Great Boots

I'm in the US Navy and have been using this brand for a long time. They are becomming harder and harder to find in stores so Amazon came in handy this round. As far as the boot goes very very comfortable! Feels like wearing tennis shoes in a work environment. When you wear nothing but boots every day, it helps to have a comfortable pair that will last. Ease of use with the zipper side, and long lasting. Just an all around great boot!! Highly recommended if anyone is looking for comfortable, athletic work boots.

good boot

solid construction boot. so far so good. it's fairly comfortable, it has an aggressive sole which has helped for climbing on roofs and bridge trusses. I would recommend for light to medium walking/standing type jobs. They are light and durable; I have had no issues with the zipper's as opposed to the comparable Danner model at twice the cost.

I originally bought these Magnum Stealth Force boots several years ago at a Police-Fire-EMS supply retailer close to home, as part of my uniform as a court ordered police officer. Once I tried them on for the first time in the store, I knew these were for me. They are very light weight, very sturdy at whatever I threw at them (as well as whatever was thrown at me while on duty), and EXTREMELY comfortable! To me, wearing them was like wearing a cloud on my feet. I could literally wear them all day long, without taking them off when I got off duty & came home for the evening. It's a habit for me to take my shoes/boots off (when in civilian clothing) when I get home because of my feet hurting after walking or standing for many hours at a time. This just isn't the case with these boots.During my shifts, I was very rough with them. They would be dragged through the dirt, scuffed, flexed to the max when I'm down in a squatting position (or down on one knee position) & they would bounce right back...waiting for more. They are truly one tough boot!I've ordered these as a replacement for my old Magnum's. They sure show their age now. As I've said, it's been several years since I purchased these. The insole has given out, but nothing a new pair of foam/gel insoles can't fix. The outside has never split, frayed, cracked or come undone in any way, unlike most shoes or boots sometimes do.As a previous owner, I see why law enforcement uses & recommends them. They WILL stand up to just about anything you put them through, & I don't feel bad in any way spending a quarter of my weekly salary purchasing them either.So, bottom line is...if you want something that will stand up to the test of time & be comfortable enough to wear for hours on end with no discomfort afterwards, these are the boots you would want.Oh, & by the way...these clean up nicely with a little bit of black Kiwi polish & a stiff horse hair brush. It makes a nice shine!
