I orginally bought 12W and when I tried them on they where too small. A return was seemless at no cost. when the 13W arrived I planned to use them only at work. They are so comfortable that I wear them on my days off. I definitely will buy another pair. Lots of support- a great shoe.

I stand and walk on my feet for 8 hours a day. My feet don't kill me, when I get home. Best work shoe I have ever had.
