I love my Muck boots!

I am a photographer who gets out in all kinds of situations and weather.My issues were keeping my feet dry when the grass is wet, getting stickers in the laces of tennis shoes or lace up boots,and protection from stepping on things like a locust tree thorn that went through the bottom of my tennis shoes and into my foot. Ouch.Went to a local shoe store with a wide variety of options, asked them what they would recommend.She showed me this particular Muck boot, the Low Steel Toe, Chore Work Boot. She said a lot of oilfield workers wear them. I live in Oklahoma in the oil production area.My first impression was that they weren't very pretty. But the more I looked at them the more it looked like they were what I needed.I also photograph in local metal fabrication shops where they move around and work with large and very heavy metal items, so the steel toe feature was very nice!I bought them and it was the best $100.00 I ever spent. I have had them for more than a year, and I wear them almost everyday. I slip them on and I am ready to go! Now I think they are "beautiful".They are waterproof, warm and believe it on not, very comfortable!! And there are no laces to collect stickers in.I love them, and will buy another pair when these wear out.

Love the idea of the Chore low steel toe work boots. Have a pair of the Jobbers and they are so comfortable & warm and I can wear them all day long without discomfort. I need steel toe boots for work but I can't seem to find any of the Chore Muck boots that go down to a size Mens 6. Very disapointed as I think they will be exactly what I am looking for.
