Rocky Ridgestalker Camo Boots are "GREAT"

The boots arrived fast and I was in the woods the next day. Here in Florida the sulpher water tears up most boots and this is the second pair of rocky boots I have used. They fit perfect as long as you go 1/2 size bigger for thick socke. I always add a pair of gel sole pads under the boot soles for comfort on long stalks while hunting. The boots are bone dry so far in the muck and streams and after just one day they broke in perfectly. The tread and binding to the boot are superior to the others glued units and the tread pattern gets rid of dirt and sand quickly. The tread however is very slippery on rocks and limbs until they get scuffed a little. Overall these boots are great for the price and Rocky has a great product here and looking at the quality I am not turned off that these boots are produced in the congo or out of country.

Got these boots for walking the dog and other outdoor excursions as i live in the sticks, there is lots of places to go but they are allways wet as it rains constantly here. These boots are great for walking in, were a bit stiff for a few days then softened up, I got a wide fit as i allways get a half size too big to compensate but think it would have been fine as standard. hope these will last atleast 5 years and would definitly buy Rocky boots again from Amazon. shipping from the states took only 9 days and this included xmas and new year so very pleased (:
