Absolutly horrible experiece

I ordered these boots for my father for Christmas, they were huge, so I opted to exchange them for a different size, the return slip was addressed to a woman in NJ and said that they did not do exchanges. I decided to return them anyway. A week later I received a letter and return form from the company that stated they had sent me the item and if I wanted to exchange to use this form. I was very confused because I had sent my item to a woman, thinking it must have been a private seller. Suffice to say, I was scammed and upon calling the company they had no idea what possibly could have happened and blamed ME for sending it to the wrong person and claimed that they NEVER included packing slips with a return label.. I was disgusted... the company obviously has some seriously bad employees in both their customer service and shipping department. Thankfully, amazon is investigating and I am hopeful for a refund. Terrible company.
