Burnt Rubber

My husband has a foot that is hard to fit in an enclosed boot, he has a high arch. He wanted some hunting boots for his Birthday in October and these looked perfect! Easier for him to get on, Irish Setter, so had a good reputable name, so I ordered them for him. When they got here he put them on, they fit great, and he wore them hunting. When he got home he said while he was driving to his hunting stand he thought that his truck had a short somewhere because he kept smelling burnt rubber or wiring. Then when he got in his stand he still smelled the burnt rubber smell and finally realized it was the boots! These are Camo and purportedly hunting boots! You can't hunt if you stink like something unnatural. He has sprayed them with every smell killer and neutralizer we have and still can't get the smell out. He emailed Irish Setter but as yet has gotten no response. So if you are thinking of purchasing these boots, beware! They Stink, literally. But they are great boots other than the smell.

Really Warm

I really like these boots. I used them a couple of times this year and they are really warm if not hot in some cases. They have huge tread and are great in mud.
