Aggressive traction outsole, composed of high-abrasion rubber, is engineered to grip, while shedding mud and debris. Thermoplastic shank provides enhanced support through the midsole arch without adding the weight of steel. Molded OrthoLite® footbed is designed with a memory foam top and high rebound foam bottom, for a customized fit. ETC® Anti-Friction Lining prevents rubbing on the foot, as well as wicking moisture to keep you dry and comfortable. best insulated boot ive owned

I was a first a touch skeptical about these but a friend made a recommendation, after already having tried on numerous other pairs of insulated waterproof boots such as Danner's, Irish Setters, Cabela's Brand, these were the one that fit just right and there wasn't even a break in period. They're also very warm, they keep your tootsies at just the right temperature not to hot and not too cold.
