Boot are Large and Customer Service is Horrible

Ordered these boots and it took them a 1 1/2 weeks to ship them. I sent Shoebuy 3 emails and they responded to 1 and a week later. Shoebuy has horrible customer service and take forever to ship. I should have stuck with Zappos.com. They ship fast, fast, fast, and they answer your emails.The boots I ordered where ok, but they where way to big. Order a size down. I take a 14 and this is the first time a 13 would fit. I sent a return in and I'm going on 2 days not hearing from them. Really irritating!!!
