Good looking Boot

Got these in the mail just a day or two after order. VERY SPEEDY. Great looking boot. You can wear them in a lot of different settings. But I will say to be prepared for a little pain initially. And what I mean by that is being that it is leather, it will take some wear time before it loosens up. Putting them on? Just make sure you have a good shoe horn available. There is not much give for the leather around the angle. You have to force your foot in there. A shoe horn will help in avoiding damaging the hard heel guard. Also purchase the foot pads to go at the bottom. After a while it feels like you are walking on concrete. The soles are very hard.But other than that I love these. I will be purchasing brown pair as well.

A great boot, a bit tight, hoping that is loosens up

This boot is great for formal activities and also on a casual level. It looks awesome with a pair of jeans and a formal pair of pants. It is tight around the ankle of the boot but hopefully it should be loosened with regular wearing. Don't forget to get some boot oil to condition the leather and wipe off any dirt that may stick onto it. It is a great buy and i recommend this to anyone who is loking for that sharp appearance

I bought this boot because I needed a decent boot that I could also wear to work. I ride to work about 3 days a week, weather permitting. I have grown to like these boots so much that I actually am now wearing them any time I ride. I can work decent distances in them and they don't hurt. They have a decent grip on them so they don't slide on my floor boards and the vibration is no greater then if I were in any other type of footwear. I got caught in the rain on more then one occasion wearing these. The first time, before I got to put my rain gear on, all of me was soaked except for my feet. So that says what you need to know about them being water resistant. I wouldn't call them water proof however due to the top. The opening at the top is wide enough to slide my up my lower thigh, but of course they barely come up to my shin.the only negatives I have about these boots are these- heel is way too high for a man's boot- they are as tough to get on as they are to get off though after wearing a few times it does get easier (not easy)- the part that comes over my leg could have been a little taller
