Not the quality level of Danner boots of the 1980's

These boots are comfortable and I was happy that the EE width was available. They seemed to be made well and I was happy with them for the first year. After that, they were not waterproof. The advertising says they are guaranteed to be waterproof, but the warranty period is one year. I don't want my feet to get wet from walking in snow, so I was disappointed when that began happening after the first year. The boots stayed in good shape, but they didn't stay water resistant for 1/10 the time that my old Danner boots did. The old ones were made in the USA and the new ones are made in China. I think the warranty period is indicative of the quality. Don't expect the boots to remain waterproof for more than a year.

Great Boots

The boots are my husands favorite. They are the only ones he will ware anymore. Very comfortable for work or hunting.

These are beautiful boots, but I needed a dependable boot. Size is a half size smaller than most boots. Was told by sales person that I should order my shoe size. Very narrow and would also order a EEE to fit width of a normal foot. Would not take back after a month of use and let me change size. Would not recommend to any one. Danner had me fooled for being the best on the market.(No Longer)
