Boots

I purchased these boots for my husband for Christmas. He loves them, especially the way you can tighten them around your ankle. So lightweigt and warm.

not for ice fishing

I was dissapointed in these boots as after 2 hrs my toes were cold icefishing. Ive ice fished for 35 years and had many different boots, although my last pair Ive had for over 20 years, military micky mouse boots and they are much warmer than the baffins. I will say they are nice and light but as far as being in 5 degree weather on ice they are very sub par. I also purchased a pair for my father and he agrees, without some type of chemical foot warmer there is no way they should advertise minus 40.
