Doesn't compare to Bogs or Muck.

I work outside in a lumber yard. Primarily I drive a forklift, but I often times find myself ankle deep in mud. I purchased this for the pending "spring thaw" since they had no insulation, but they appeared to have decent tread and they were waterproof.Fit: The left boot was tighter than the right despite being the same size. Having owned neoprene boots in the past I waited and within a week they were stretched to fit my foot. But that first week was awful! I had to take them off several times during the work day to let blood flow back into my foot. After 2 weeks they were perfectly contoured to my feet. After three weeks they were a little loose. I am on my fourth week and they are now a half size too large for me.Comfort: I've never had so much leg pain from a boot in my life! I thought it was from slogging around in the mud more than usual, but no other boots made my calves cramp up like these did. Features: The EXOFLEX is a joke. It looks cool, I'll give you that, but it does little to assist in mobility. Waterproof...for the first three weeks, but now my left foot is damp within a few hours of work.Durability: HORRIBLE!! I don't even work on pavement and the front part of the soul is worn completely flat after a month!!! Yes, I admit I work in a harsh environment, but a month is pathetic for a generic boot let alone a Redwing branded company like Irish Setter. In conclusion: If you are looking to cheap out on buying your normal Bogs or Muck Boots, DON'T!!! I bought these on clearance at Cabela's for $40 and they were a horrible waste of money. Spend the extra, it will save you money in the long run!.
