Warnging this shoe runs small becuase of all of the padding in the shoe and the steel toe. I had to return the boot and the return process is a joke. You have to email the seller to get the form, provide your own packing, pay for shipping back and it takes SEVERAL weeks to get your money back. It's a shame the customer service is so bad, for such a good product. I wouldn't buy from papashoe again because of the hassle of the return BUT I would buy this type of boot again, impeccable qaulity.

took a couple days to break in but the traction is great and now since they are broken in they are perfect for my job....great boots supplied by a great company
