I had problems with the sizing on these boots. Had no support getting a larger size from the store . They expected me to mail them back at my expense . I contacted Lacrosse personally. They paid for the return of my miss sized boots. Lacrosse said there was a problem with the sizing and issued me a new pair at no expense to me.. These are great boots and I would diffinately do business with Lacrosse again, but not with the original store!!!
