mediocre boots at a premium price..

i've been wearing boots for years, and these feel like cheap $50 boots.They do work when splashing in the rain and kept my feet dry.the laces are slippery and hard to keep tight. the laces wore quickly where they pass through the eyelets.the fit was ok. felt wider than a normal medium width, but cramped in the toes.wearing these made my feet hurt after 6 hours, and usually doing a 10 hour day, I HAD to take my boots off on my lunch break.stay away from these boots.

POOR boots

My husband's employer bought these boots for him since he works in a hostile enviroment(chemicals,oils, waste water). That being said he has always been hard on his boots and it's nothing for him to go though 2 - 3 pairs of boots a year! I was really happy that his new job provides boots for him, saving us $$$. However these boots started cracking with in 1 month. And once they got wet it would take up 2 weeks for them dry out. My husband use to be in the military so he decided to try to shine and seal them. Neither worked with in 1 week the cracks where back and the boots didn't stay waterproof. After about 6 months of getting wet and drying over and over they started to warp and became unwearable. His work let him buy a pair of boots of his chosing and reibursed us for the cost. Needless to say unless you are going to wear these in a dry, clean environment DON'T buy these boots. If you need a boot that will be suitable for a wet environment, we suggest the Chore Muck Boot.

I've been wearing duty boots for a couple decades and thought I'd give this brand a try. What a mistake! The seams are sewn so where the material comes together is facing inward toward your feet, ankles and lower leg. They don't have enough material to prevent these unfinished ends from rubbing and as a result rub the hell out of your feet, ankles and lower leg. The padding on the bottoms isn't much to write home about either. Last pair of these I'm going to get and hopefully you will look to another brand and save yourself the pain.It's now November 19, and I hate these boots more than ever. I had hoped they would break in, but they have only constantly annoyed my feet. Time to pony up more cash and buy somthing comfortable.
